Product Description
PutSTEP 1 : Check the physical condition of the mobile, if any kindly inform to your customer Check if the mobile display is replaced or damaged or Shattered, if any we can do the coating process But Demo is not advisable Check the functions of mobile phone like camera, speaker, wifi touch sensitivity Etc
STEP 2 : Remove the Mobile cover, screen protector or tempered glass if it is broken or Dirty Switch off the mobile and keep it aside (For removable battery phones you can remove Remove the Sim tray the battery and the back case.) Gently Clean the mobile with IPA Solution with the cloths provided with the machine
STEP 3: • Press the De dusting Button of your machine Use the suction pipe for cleaning the dust from all the ports and holes
• Press the Green button again to stop the Function

Machine Testing Process 1. Open the lid. 2. Put 0.5ml IPA chemical in each chamber. 3. Press the Second Button on your machine. 4. See IPA Solution is spraying from both the chamber, if not check chamber cover(An orange piece over the chamber)is properly closed and pipe iS tightly attached to the cups from below part of the cup or

STEP 6 : (2 mins) After the Curing Process, Press the UV button of your machine This process will disinfect the mobile and cool the mobile to room temperature. Take the mobile from curing chamber and put back all the sim trays, battery and Repeat the Step3 and clean the mobile with IPA solution and Deliver to your customer
For Additional Coating Repeat the Same Process Again.
DEMO PROCESS: Note : Demo process is not advisable for single coating initially double or triple coating should be done for demo process Take any tray for water testing with maximum depth of 15cms. the mobile on the tray and play any video or photos Etc., and pour the water till the phone is fully immersed in the water. When you immersed Smartphone under the water, don't use physical buttons (power on off button, volume racker button) Leave the phone for 1-2 mins and take out the phone from the tray. (Note: Timing can br extended according to the no. of coatings) Switch off the mobile and remove the sim tray and Jerk the phone with the sim slots, charging jacks till every droplets from your mobile come out through the mobile ports and holes. Wipe the mobile gently with the cleaning wipes and Switch on your mobile after 5 mins. If you have any speaker issues, Don't panic Speakers are made up of cloth so it will take some
time to dry completely • Do not Charge your mobile for 4hrs after the demo process
